CD Interprovincial Results

Taranaki had mixed results at the Central Districts Interprovincial in Palmerston North last weekend.

They lost to Hawkes Bay 2-4 and beat Manawatu 4-2.

Sunday’s play was rained out so they did not play Wanganui.

 

Catherine Stevenson (Hawera) and Kathryn O’Sullivan (Midhirst) had a good tournament.  Stevenson won both her singles and one of her doubles matches.  O’Sullivan won one singles and one doubles.

Wilton Atkins lost to Max Ladame 5-7, 3-6, Kane Newland def Zac Wills 6-1, 6-1, Atkins/Newland def Ladame/Wills 6-4, 6-2.

Jane Brooker lost to Catherine Stevenson 5-7, 2-6, Annabelle Hore lost to Kathryn O’Sullivan 1-6, 3-6, Broker /Hore lost to Stevenson/O’Sullivan 2-6, 2-6.
