Selection of the teams occurred in early October and there were some late withdrawals however we were able to cover these with some good replacements.
Thanks must go to the managers who assisted in confirming travel arrangements for the teams; Janet Fleming, Lynne Lloyd, Rachel O’Byrne, Karen Simpson, Jackie Mitchell, Rachel Neild and Tania Fleming, also to the huge number of parents who travelled to Wanganui and supported the team. Finally but most importantly, a big thanks to the Wanganui association who put on a fantastic day including lunch for all participants.
